Authentico Anejo is an organic tequila made at the Tequilas Del Señor distillery (NOM 1124) in Jalisco, Mexico. It is made from 100% organic blue Weber agave, yeast and water, and is aged at least 14 months in American oak barrels as part of a 16 month process. It is bottled at 40% ABV and sells for about $67 to $75.
