  • Good, but on the edge of too much sulfuric influence. Really enjoyable sherry bomb though.

  • Nose:

    Toffee, clove, sticky fruits, doughnuts, dense cocoa, nutty, figs, dates, stewed fruits, sulfuric, faint rubber. Super sweet. Some ethanol

  • Taste:

    Thick, rich, mild heat, full mouth feel. Sulfuric, pepper, rubber, sticky toffee, figs, blackberry currant, dates, caramel. Super sherry forward.

  • Finish:

    It's long, mild heat. Sweet sherry, grapes, figs, cocoa, sulfuric.

  • Overall:

    Good, but on the edge of too much sulfuric influence. Really enjoyable sherry bomb though.
