ArteNOM Selección de 1146 Añejo is a tequila produced in Jalisco, Mexico, using blue weber agave from Los Altos and Los Valles. The agave is cooked in a low-pressure autoclave, extracted with a screw and roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The spirit undergoes double distillation in column and copper pot stills, then ages in American white oak barrels. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
