Infinite Loch is made by Ardnahoe Distillery on Islay, founded by independent bottling company Hunter Laing & Co. in 2017. It has been matured in a combination of first-fill Bourbon and first-fill Oloroso casks. It's bottled at 50% ABV without chill-filtration or artificial coloring.
Aromatic notes of fresh toasted wood and wood smoke intertwine with vibrant green fruit, evoking a BBQ of caramelized banana and pineapple. The palate reveals delicate fruits alongside smoky toffee fudge, culminating in a toasted pecan finish.
