Ardbeg Dolce is a limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky that combines rare spirit matured in Marsala dolce casks with classic bourbon cask-matured Ardbeg. Released for Ardbeg Day 2026 on May 30 as part of the annual global celebration during Islay’s Festival of Music and Malt, the whisky is bottled at 47.8% ABV. It is priced at approximately €100, or about $115 USD.

- The thick, mouth-coating finish offers cacao, sooty oak, nutmeg, and driftwood beach bonfires. Water kills the fruity sweetness, making it savory and much spicier, adding earthy aromas, morels, and meaty Gordal Picante olives, and flavors of chile flakes, hot paprika, and briny green olives on the palate.
