Ardbeg Day Single Cask No. 2787 is a 16-year-old whisky from a second-fill Oloroso sherry cask. Distilled on July 20, 2006, under the supervision of Distillery Manager Stuart Thomson, the cask was originally intended for Ardbeg Uigeadail. However, Dr. Bill Lumsden decided to age it longer due to its intriguing sherried intensity. Bottled at 56.8% ABV, it is a Committee Exclusive.
