Archie Rose Single Malt Whisky is produced in Australia using a six-malt mashbill and bottled at 46% ABV in a 700ml format. The whisky matures in toasted and charred Australian apera casks, along with ex-bourbon and the distillery's own 36-month air-dried ex-rye casks. It hosts a suggested retail price of $119.
I’m not sure how much of the Archie Rose spirit we’re able to detect here. Overall it seems a little spin-doctored, with a specific malts, rye spice and apera taking it as far away from Scotch as possible. That
