AQARÁ Plateado is an unaged blanco agave spirit crafted from a blend of A. americana expansa gentry and A. cordillerensis agaves, which grow at an elevation of 7,200 feet above sea level in Caraz, Peru. The agaves are hand-harvested, steam-roasted in stainless steel vessels and double-distilled in copper stills.
