Aqara Agreste is a Peruvian agave spirit crafted from a blend of A. americana expansa gentry and A. cordillerensis agaves. The agaves, grown in the Andean region, are hand-harvested, steam-roasted in stainless steel vessels and double-distilled in copper stills.
