Anis del Mono Dulce is a Spanish sweet anisette made from anise seeds, green anis, saccharose and other aromatic plants. The ingredients are distilled in copper stills to extract essential oils, then combined with cane sugar, distilled water and neutral alcohol. The mixture is lightly shaken, filtered and bottled.
