American Brick Spirits Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from a late 19th century four-grain mashbill of 60% corn, 20% wheat, 11% malted barley and 9% rye. Aged in newly charred oak barrels in New York’s climate and cut with water from a limestone aquifer beneath the family property, it is bottled at 92 proof.
