Produced at Compañia Tequilera Los Valores in southern Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico, Ambhar Extra Añejo Tequila is made from 100% blue weber agave cooked in autoclaves and extracted with a roller mill. Fermented in stainless steel tanks using deep well water, it is then twice distilled in copper pot stills and aged in used American white oak barrels. The tequila rests at 40% ABV.
