Alkemist Gin is a Spanish Mediterranean gin made from a triple-distilled grain spirit and 21 botanicals, including samphire, Muscat grapes, mint, citrus peels, coriander, fennel, thyme, juniper, chamomile and rose petals. According to the brand, it is distilled only 12 times a year during a full moon using traditional copper pot stills and a quadruple-distillation process, retaining only the heart of each distillation. Bottled at 40% ABV, it typically retails for around $45.
