Alquimia Tequila Blanco is produced at Grupo Tequilero Mexico in southern Los Altos, Jalisco. Made from 100% blue weber agave grown on a single estate, the agave is cooked in stone ovens, extracted with a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The tequila is then double-distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils and bottled unaged at 40% ABV.
