Almave Ámbar is a non-alcoholic blue agave spirit alternative made in Mexico using traditional tequila distillation methods. Crafted from blue agave plants in Los Altos, Jalisco, it skips the fermentation process to preserve the taste of agave without alcohol. Almave Ámbar is vegan and contains ingredients like blue agave hydrolate, agave syrup and French oak hydrolate. It is priced at about $40 for a 700ml bottle.
