  • Nose:

    Vanilla bean, meaty and savory. Onion, clove, beef jerky. Super meaty.

  • Taste:

    Sweet sugar, nice mouth feel. Meaty and savory - peppery and mineral forward. Lots to enjoy, though it leans heavy on the savory.

  • Finish:

    Minerality, pepper, leek, onion, beef jerky and bouillon.

  • Overall:

    I like this, and it has a lot going on. Nice and meaty and savory.
