Alipus Mezcal Santa Ana XX Aniversario is a one-time release celebrating the 20th anniversary of Alipus Mezcal. Produced in Santa Ana, Oaxaca, it is a single-batch mezcal crafted by the Hernandez Melchor family using wild agaves, including Espadin, Tepextate, and Tobala. Distilled in copper and bottled at 48% ABV, the release in 2019 had a batch size of 416 bottles.
