Akashi Blended Sherry Cask Finish is produced by Eigashima Distillery in Hyogo, Japan. Created by owner and Master Blender Mikio Hiraishi, this blend consists of grain whiskies from various sources and 30% malt whisky distilled at Eigashima. Aged at least three years in American oak casks, it undergoes a six-month finish in sherry casks. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 50cl format, it is released in small batches.
