ABK6 VS Cognac

Produced in France, ABK6 VS Cognac is crafted from a blend of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois. Made from Ugni Blanc grapes, it matures in Limousin oak barrels for at least two years. Per the brand, it offers an initial nose of wood and vanilla that develops into fresh fruit, white flowers and honey, and delivers a palate with fruity and vanilla flavors. A bottle retails for around $26.

ABK6 Cognac is made entirely on the family’s 380-hectare estates across Fins Bois, Petite Champagne, and Grande Champagne. The vineyards are 100% Ugni Blanc and certified Level 3 High Environmental Value. Winemaking, distillation, aging, blending, and bottling all occur on-site, with each estate having its own distillery and master distiller. Cognacs age in roughly 4,000 barrels across 30 cellars and are blended by the Cellar Master.
