Aberfeldy Single Cask Hand Filled is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky sold only at the Aberfeldy Distillery visitor centre in Perthshire. Visitors fill their own bottle by hand straight from a single cask, and the cask, age and strength change with each release. The 1999 vintage 24 year old ex-bourbon cask was bottled at 53.7% ABV, and the hand-fill experience has been priced at around 220 pounds.

- Goes up a level here. Caramel tart, lemon sorbet, some rosemary. More orchard fruit. Nicely sweet with lots of depth. I taste the age, but it’s not drowned in oak.
