Abbott & Wallace Colorado Straight Rye Whiskey is produced at the Abbott & Wallace Distilling in Longmont, Colorado. The whiskey uses Aroostook rye and corn from Schlagel Farms located about five miles from the distillery, with malted barley sourced from Loveland's Root Shoot Malting. It is double distilled in custom copper alembic pot stills, aged for more than two years in new American oak barrels and proofed down to 47% ABV using Eldorado spring water. The whiskey retails for around $65 for a 750ml bottle.
