78 Degrees Australian Whiskey is produced at 78 Degrees Distillery in the Adelaide Hills region of South Australia. It is made from locally sourced single-paddock barley, including unmalted green barley and six specialty malts, fermented on the grain and distilled in a single pass through a hybrid pot and column still. The whiskey is matured in 200-liter ex-wine casks made from American and French oak before being bottled at 44% ABV.
