Really effervescent. Acrid barnyard, ammonia, straw, sage and tea tree. Fresh baked bread, pepper, cream.
Ash, soapstone, charcoal. Pepper, burning wood and a nice clay component. Heat in check for the proof.
Sharp and short, loaded with ash, smoke, barnyard, pepper and a plastic note.
This is nice but leans strongly in a single direction. Acrid, funky and smoky.
