Powerful, stanky, loaded with complexity. Garlic, cocktail onion, lactic funk, blue cheese, raw steak, lime and melon. Interesting and enticing.
Sweet on the palate, lots of celery salt, mango, honey. Side of roasted potato, beef bouillon and celery. Weird and fun, meaty, savory and a hint of fruits like kiwi.
Short to medium finish, but lots of sweet cream, mango, honeydew and some pepper.
