5 Sentidos Espadin Madrecuixe is a 45% ABV agave spirit from Miahuatlán, Oaxaca, produced by Roberto “Beto” Sanchez. It blends espadín and madrecuishe agaves, which are roasted in a small underground oven with mesquite and oak for six days, crushed with wooden mallets, fermented in cypress tanks with well water for six days and distilled in a single copper alembic still at Tio Tello’s palenque.
