Sweet and buttery. Vanilla, caramel. Pepper, light salinity. String bean, faint cheese. Strong minerality that fits perfectly. Medium mouth feel, light ethanol presence.
Long, loaded with minerality and sweetness. Faint clay character, with a light smokiness. Sweet vanilla bean.
