400 Conejos Espadín Joven Mezcal is produced by maestro mezcalero Don Tacho in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, Mexico. It's crafted from espadín agave, selected after eight to ten years of maturation, and processed using traditional methods, including a stone oven, horse-drawn tahona and copper distillation.
