2XO The Phoenix Blend is a Kentucky straight bourbon produced by 2XO and released by Dixon Dedman. It is blended from selected aged whiskeys that are re-barreled into new charred oak barrels for additional maturation. Bottled at 52% ABV in a 750ml format, it is priced at around $109.99.
There’s a more prominent showing of spice on the palate as black pepper and nutmeg build on the clove from the nose – all of which interacts well with the vanilla cone, apricot, and brown sugar notes that arise at midpalate.
