291 “M” Colorado Whiskey is a barrel-proof release at 119.2 proof. It begins as 291 Colorado Rye Whiskey, aged in new American white oak barrels and finished with aspen staves. The whiskey is then transferred to barrels previously used to age Wisconsin maple syrup from Lincoln County Reserve.
