291 Barrel Proof Single Barrel Colorado Bourbon Aspen Stave Finished is distilled from a bourbon mash in a copper pot still. Aged in deep-char American white oak barrels and finished with toasted aspen staves, it is bottled at 64% ABV in a 750ml format.
Wood char, spice, bitter chocolate, and white pepper complete the finish. Thick, chewy, and remarkably complex for a relatively youthful bourbon. Water or ice recommended.
