  • Nose:

    A punch of ethanol on the nose, some grain and cream. Pepper, crushed stone, a hint of apple and plenty of citrus zest.

  • Taste:

    A bit of ethanol on the palate, medium texture and viscosity. Pepper, plenty of lemon and lime, hint of mango and a hint of peppermint. Interesting blend.

  • Finish:

    Short to medium finish, dry and pepper-y, a touch of stone and minerality.

  • Overall:
