10th Mountain Bourbon is made from a blend of 75% Colorado corn, 20% American rye, and 5% malted barley. It is bottled at 92 proof and priced at $59.99.
In the mouth, it's mellower than the nose would lead one to believe; it's very fruity and floral, with additional flavors of wood, sawdust, and dried apricot. There's a bit of chocolate and mint in the very short finish.
