Released in 2022 as a limited-edition spirit, 100 Mill Street's Bourbon Barrel Aged Gin starts its life as the brand's flagship gin (made from a unique maple sap base) that is aged in ex-bourbon casks for an undisclosed amount of time.

Sweet and hearty on the nose, tons of brown sugar, cinnamon, a pop of juniper, fresh pastries and honey and vanilla bean.
Moderate mouthfeel, full of brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon peel, orange zest, cinnamon and a pop of nutmeg.
Lovely finish, it’s a perfect balance of sweetness, juniper, botanicals like lavender and orange peel and some savoring tobacco notes and maple.
Now we’re talking! This is some of the best bourbon barrel aged gin I’ve had the opportunity to try. Hopefully there’s more like it on the heels of this release in the American gin scene.
