Bacardi Rum is putting a sweetened twist on singer Camila Cabello’s latest album in the form of a commemorative vinyl record made with real sugarcane. The team-up comes months after the two-time Latin Grammy Award winner was announced as the global face of the historied distiller.

On Monday, the Bermuda-based spirits brand unveiled a limited-edition pressing in contrasting shades of denim blue and neon yellow. Unlike Cabello’s recently released “C,XOXO” album — which was stacked with high-profile features from the likes of Drake, Lil Nas X, JT and more — the vinyl will spotlight a “Limited-Edition Commemorative Vinyl Single” version of her hit track, “I LUV IT,” which she debuted with rapper Playboi Carti.

In its finer details, the record acts as an homage to rum’s literal roots. Rather than using industry-standard PVC plastics, each pressing was produced using repurposed materials and sugarcane from farmers allied with Bonsucro, a sustainability non-profit. Coinciding with the release, Bacardi has also pledged to donate to Beneath the Waves, a conservation organization dedicated to protecting threatened species and establishing marine protected areas.

“The Sugarcane Vinyl” is now available for pre-order online at $30. Though the release has been marketed solely as a single, sleuths on Reddit have pointed out that the record’s grooves suggest multiple songs. We’ll have a better idea once it finds its way into the hands of consumers.

Bacardi — the largest privately held, family-owned spirits company in the world — signed Cabello on as its brand ambassador in April. At the time, the deal was described as a 24-month partnership extending to TV spots, billboards, concerts and festivals. As is usually the case with celebrity alcohol sponsorships, the deal was also commemorated with a signature cocktail dubbed the “I LUV IT Punch“; in this case, containing white rum, elderflower liqueur, passion fruit, lime and coconut water.

“I’m beyond excited to be partnering with Bacardí. I’ve always thought of Bacardí as the quintessential rum brand,” Cabello said in an April news release. “To me, Bacardí is synonymous with the spirit of the Caribbean and, of course, good cocktails and a great party. The campaign we worked on is unlike any project I’ve done before. I can’t wait for fans to experience it.
