Snoop Dogg’s insatiable thirst for co-branded booze has stirred up another product on liquor store shelves. This time, it’s a pair of “Cali Cocktails” created with longtime collaborator 19 Crimes Wine.

Paying homage to Snoop’s West Coast roots, the cocktails boast tongue-in-cheek names like Smokin’ Strawberry Margarita and Long Beach Lemonade. Each is canned at 9% ABV and made with agave wine, an increasingly popular choice for tequila-adjacent cocktails like Flybird and Chi-Chi’s Margaritas. The rapper-turned-business mogul says the cocktails are a perfect “toast to the coast.”

“It took a while to perfect this one, but it’s just on time. California has always been home, so it only made sense to celebrate that California state of mind as my next ‘Cali‘ creation. To everyone doing their thing, in Cali, or elsewhere, this toast is for you. This coast is for you,” Snoop shared in a news release.

Cali Cocktails is the latest in a string of collaborations between Snoop and the Australian winery. Previous releases have included Snoop Cali Red, Cali Rosé and Cali Blanc. From the sound of it, some have proved more fun than others; in 2022, the duo released a “rapping” sparkling wine that sang “Who Am I (What’s My Name)?” when scanned with an app. On the 19 Crime website, you can even find a two-pack containing Snoop Cali Red and Martha Stewart’s Chardonnay.

Outside of wine, Snoop has steadily expanded his footprint to become one of the most quietly prolific celebrities in the alcohol industry.

Earlier this year, the “Doggystyle” rapper teamed up with Dr. Dre to unveil Gin & Juice canned cocktails in Apricot, Citrus, Melon and Passionfruit flavors. Other G-funk-inspired releases have included Indoggo Gin and a series of endorsements for Happy Dad Hard Seltzer and St. Ides Beer.

All of this is especially impressive considering that Snoop once proudly proclaimed he doesn’t drink any of his alcohol brands. Cali Cocktails are now available at retailers nationwide and can be found online here.
