St. Buena Vida, a New York-based brand, on Wednesday unveiled its first product: a dry, non-alcoholic sparkling Chardonnay made from organic Spanish grapes.

The wine is produced using a dealcoholization process finished in Germany with “Solos”, a technology designed to retain aromatic compounds lost in traditional methods. St. Buena Vida claims to be the first U.S.-based brand to use Solos in winemaking.

The sparkling wine features aromas of ripe pear, citrus, green apple skin and white flowers. The palate includes pear, lemon zest and stone fruit with light minerality and a crisp, dry finish.

Founded by entrepreneur Lawrence Bremer, St. Buena Vida aims to bring more craft and transparency to the growing non-alcoholic wine category. According to market research firm NIQ, sales of non-alcoholic wine grew by 27.2% year-over-year as of January 2025.

“The modern drinker sees the value in great non-alcoholic options and wants to include them as part of what they reach for,” founder Lawrence Bremer said in a news release. “We’re focused on delivering premium wines that reflect transparency, quality, and taste. And we’re building a lifestyle brand that inspires moments that feel just as rewarding.”

The brand previewed its wine at Spirited Away, a specialty non-alcoholic retailer in New York City.

The wine is available in 25 retail locations nationwide and online at www.stbuenavida.com. The suggested retail price is $32.

To support broader distribution, the brand has partnered with Hatch Celler, a boutique beverage sales consultancy. The company plans to expand its presence in retail and hospitality channels throughout the U.S.
