10 Best-Selling Non-Alcoholic Spirit Brands in 2025

The “Sober Curious” movement appears to be here to stay. Since the skyrocketing levels of consumption during the days of the Pandemic, narratives on alcohol have shifted. Policymakers are revising their laws about what exactly constitutes a “healthy” amount of alcohol, and it’s looking like from a health standpoint, less is more.

Yet, drinking can be a wonderful, communal experience. The good side of the “Sober Curious” movement isn’t about putting the kibosh on alcohol entirely, it’s about fostering mindful drinking habits.

With these changes in consumer behavior, a growing market for zero-proof beverages that mimic the imbibing experience is experiencing record growth. IWSR, a global drinks data provider, reported that the no- and low-alcohol market is expected to grow by 4% volume through 2028, and is expected to be worth over $4 billion by 2028.

Drinks International published its annual Brands Report and included the biggest non-alcoholic brands in 2025 — for those interested in enjoying life but remembering the next day, hangover-free. These rankings are based on surveys of some of the best bars in the world. The rankings list their reported best-selling spirits brands.

So whether you’re planning on participating in Dry January or are simply thinking about cutting back, these zero-proof booze options are enjoyable alternatives to drinking. Best of all? You get to skip the headache the next day.

Aecorn Aperitifs was founded by Londoner Claire Warner, who wanted to offer drinkers something different from the usual tonic water, according to Master of Malt.

Warner switched over to the zero-proof world after spending 15 years working at LVMH with Belvedere Vodka. The process took about a year, and the spirits were created from a base of English verjus. Verjus means “green juice” and is essentially juice from unripened grapes. Aecorn sources Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes from Sussex, England. The brand additionally uses acorns to impart tannin to the final spirit.

Aecorn’s portfolio is home to three core expressions: Dry, Aromatic and Bitter.  Aromatic and Bitter are designed to imitate amari and vermouth. The Seedlip-owned brand recommends drinking Dry as a wine alternative — either neat or slightly chilled. Wine-Searcher reports an average price of $32 for each 750 ml bottle.

5. Ritual Zero Proof

1. Seedlip

Non-Alcoholic Spirits

Seedlip’s roots are steeped in history. In 1651, a physician named John French wrote a tome called The Art of Distillation, which chronicled non-alcoholic recipes. Several hundred years later, Ben Branson found these recipes and began to play with making non-alcoholic spirits using foraged ingredients from his garden at home.

This company is eight years old yet has experienced meteoric growth and it has been crowned the number one best-selling zero-proof spirit by Drinks International for three consecutive years.

With three flagship expressions: Spice 94, Garden 108 and Grove 42 Citrus, these sugar-free, calorie-free expressions come in 700 ml bottles priced at $31.99. The brand additionally has an agave-inspired expression, Notas de Agave.

Critics love Seedlip Spice 94 Aromatic Non-Alcoholic Spirit, and The Gin Is In cited a rich, grapefruit-driven aroma, with plenty of bold and bitter astringency on the palate. If you want to see what the rest of the critics thought, you can read the reviews here.
