After a nearly four-year wait since her last studio album, Ariana Grande is back in the spotlight with Eternal Sunshine. The album release coincides with International Women’s Day and, in keeping with the album title, the arrival of daylight savings on March 10.

Celebrating the trifecta, Westgate Resorts has unveiled a Grande-themed tequila cocktail full of punchy flavors and bright summery hues. Naturally, it’s called the Eternal Sunshine.

The margarita recipe centers around blanco tequila and limoncello, an Italian liqueur made from lemon zest that originated in the early 1900s (keen-eyed fans know that Ariana loves lemons). From there, the cocktail balances in spicy jalapeño peppers, pineapple juice and an unexpected touch of cilantro. Equal parts sweet, spicy and citrus, the drink is finished off with a black lava salt rim. From the right angle, it almost looks like eyeliner.

“Westgate’s ‘Eternal Sunshine’ cocktail is the perfect accompaniment to savor Ariana’s latest musical journey, promising to leave a lasting impression with every sip, just as her hit songs do,” says E.B. Al-Dabbas, National Director of Food & Beverage Operations for Westgate Resorts.

“Debuting just in time for both the album drop and daylight savings time on March 10, this cocktail is designed to brighten up longer days and spice up shorter nights. Whether you’re toasting to the new album or the extra hour of daylight, this limoncello-infused spicy jalapeño margarita is sure to bring a burst of joy and brightness into your life.”
