Sazerac, the Louisiana-based drinks giant behind brands like Buffalo Trace and Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, is doubling down on its mixology bona fides.

On Wednesday, the company announced the debut of Sazerac House of Cocktails, a collection of six in-house liqueurs that cover the basics of most modern bartending needs. The series includes a curaçao and a triple sec for margaritas, an apertivo for Aperol — *cough cough* scratch that — Sazerac Spritzes and an amaro for Negronis. Consumers can also pick up a coffee liqueur for Espresso Martinis and an elderflower liqueur that looks to be a direct competitor to St-Germain.

Each of the liqueurs hosts a suggested retail price of $19.99, with varying proof points detailed below:

  • Curaçao – “An 80-proof, citrus-forward liqueur that delivers bold orange intensity and structure for spirit-forward cocktails, such as a Margarita and a Sidecar.”
  • Triple Sec – “An 80-proof, clean citrus liqueur that delivers a lift in cocktails where orange liqueur plays a structural role, such as a Cosmopolitan and a White Lady.”
  • Amaro – “A 70-proof, herbal liqueur that supports bitterness and botanical depth in cocktails, such as a Paper Plane and an Amaro Negroni.”
  • Elderflower – “A 40-proof light, floral liqueur that keeps cocktails light and refreshing, such as a Spritz and a French 75.”
  • Coffee – “A 34-proof rich, dark liqueur that delivers a smooth and rounded balance to after-dinner cocktails, such as an Espresso Martini and an Irish Coffee.”
  • Aperitivo – “A 25-proof bright, bittersweet liqueur that delivers a refreshing foundation for cocktails suited for casual sipping, such as a Spritz and a Paloma.”

Thomas Register, The Sazerac House general manager, says the collection is a tribute to the city of New Orleans, widely considered the birthplace of American cocktail culture.

“With the Sazerac House of Cocktails collection, we wanted to make bar-quality cocktails more accessible at home,” Register said in a news release. “We believe this collection gives cocktail enthusiasts the tools to mix cocktails with confidence, and a new reason to visit The Sazerac House.”
