Prominent gin producers Warner’s Distillery and Four Pillars have come together once again to create a new gin. Dubbed Warner’s X Four Pillars Harrington Shiraz Gin, the collaborative tipple is made using Shiraz juice from Four Pillars’ popular Bloody Shiraz Gin and Warner’s Harrington Dry Gin.

The last time these two businesses collaborated, Four Pillars released a Green Apple & Rhubarb Gin in April.

“Warner’s is famous for flavoured gins, so captain obvious would have been a shiraz flavoured gin; but annoyingly Four Pillars already make a bloody brilliant one,” shared Tom Warner, per The Shout.

“Luckily, we also make a bloomin’ great London Dry, so we used Four Pillars’ shiraz juice to make something completely different – and delicious. Introducing Warner’s Harrington Shiraz. Never thought I’d see my village name next to a grape.”

Four Pillars and Warner’s have a long-standing friendship from the early Four Pillars days, bonding over gin events and shared values like sustainable distillation and real ingredients, the Australian brand shared. As a product stemming from this connection, the new gin also includes botanicals sourced from both Australia and Warner’s farm in England.

“Using the Shiraz juice, botanicals grown onsite at the Warner’s family farm and Australian native strawberry gum and wattleseed, the team distilled a traditional albeit punchy London Dry gin,” Four Pillars explained, per the report.

Warner’s X Four Pillars Harrington Shiraz Gin is available for a suggested retail price of $88 while supplies last. Resting at 40% ABV, the collaborative gin is recommended to be served in a savory martini and gin spritz — or enjoyed with a Mediterranean tonic and an orange wedge.
