Four Pillars has teamed up with Australian artisanal chocolate maker Koko Black to launch Mother’s Day pralines inspired by the spirit brand’s most popular gin expressions: Bloody Shiraz, Rare Dry, Fresh Yuzu and Olive Leaf.
The Fresh Yuzu Gin praline features a delicate blend of cocoa, green tea and tangy yuzu, while the Rare Dry Gin praline offers a fruity and botanical flavor, Inside FMCG reported.

According to the brand, the Olive Leaf Gin praline showcases Koko Black’s ingenuity by combining dark chocolate with rosemary, olive oil and sour lemon. As for the Bloody Shiraz Gin praline, sour cherry is combined with cocoa for a treat with similar tasting notes to Four Pillars’ well-loved grape-steeped gin.
Commenting on the collaboration, Remco Brigou, Head Chocolatier of Koko Black said: “Four Pillars is a brand that prides itself on bringing out the luxurious and complex notes of gin. We have always admired their use of Australian native botanicals like lemon myrtle, and we look forward to bringing these exquisite and daring flavours to chocolate lovers.”
In addition to the pralines, the packages’ guides include recipes for four bespoke cocktails inspired by the new desserts.
“The Koko Black team have used four of our gins as the starting point for four sensational chocolates, and in turn have taken those chocolates as inspiration for four delicious matching cocktails,” added Four Pillars Representative Matt Jones, per the report.
The Koko Black x Four Pillars Gin pralines are available at Koko Black’s shop or online store until May 14.
Early this month, Four Pillars announced the continuation of its Distillery Series with a Green Apple & Rhubarb Gin.
