Antipodes Gin Co. has initiated a crowdfunding campaign to fuel the expansion of its sustainable spirits, according to a press release. Established as Australia’s inaugural “certified organic” spirits company, Antipodes Gin Co. beckons brand enthusiasts to invest in its portfolio, which is described as “good on the palate as it is on the planet.”
Antipodes Gin Co. was founded in 2015 by Rory Gration, Shane Reid and Brad Parsons with an aim of championing sustainability and environmental responsibility, a commitment that has seen the growth of 11,800 trees.
“Consumption of Australian craft gin is booming,” Gration explained in the press release. “Through this crowdfunding campaign, we are asking those that hold the same vision and values as Antipodes Gin Co. to become shareholders and invest in a taste of the future.”
Fresh off the heels of receiving a sustainability certification for its Canberra distillery, Antipodes Gin Co. seeks to utilize the capital raised through the crowdfunding campaign strategically. As stated in the press release, the funds will be directed toward bolstering human resources, expanding production capabilities, intensifying marketing efforts and facilitating global distribution growth.
The Antipodes Gin Co. boasts a wide range, including a classic London dry, a watermelon-infused variant, a floral and fruity Pink Gin, an Oceanic Gin inspired by native ingredients, a spice-laden Chai Gin and the boldly dry Juniper3.
Antipodes Gin Co. products are available at select retailers, including Liquorland, Vintage Cellars and First Choice Liquor, at a suggested retail price of $89 per bottle.
