This week, Aldi U.K. reintroduced its popular gin range just in time for Christmas, featuring both returning favorites and new additions. The collection includes the iconic Gold Flake Gin Liqueur and introduces the fresh Haysmith’s Cranberry and Clementine Gin.
Haysmith’s Cranberry and Clementine Gin offers a blend of citrus sweetness and a hint of cranberry. Awarded Silver at the Spirits Business Gin Masters, it is said to pair well with tonic or a splash of ginger ale. For fans of orange-infused gin, Haysmith’s Blood Orange Gin, another Gin Masters winner, combines ripe Sicilian blood oranges with juniper.
Aldi also presents Haysmith’s Sloe Gin, made from hand-picked wild sloes. Aged “to perfection,” this gin boasts plummy, dark, fruity notes with a juniper-dry finish — a flavor profile that secured it a Gold medal at the International Spirits Challenge, according to Aldi.
The Infusionist Pomegranate and Cranberry Gold Flake Gin Liqueur is described as a “party in a bottle,” featuring sweet pomegranate and cranberry flavors mixed with real gold flakes. Meanwhile, the Infusionist Blackberry Gold Flake Gin Liqueur delivers a festive design with stars amidst a snowfall. Another highlight from the range is the returning Infusionist Clementine Gin Liqueur, which, as its name implies, is clementine-flavored.
Finally, the award-winning Haysmith’s London Dry Gin hits shelves again with its signature juniper and citrus peel flavors.
Available now in Aldi stores across the U.K., these gins range in price from about $19 to $22.
