About This Cocktail

Created by Daniel Gonzalez of the acclaimed Mexico City-based Licoreria Limantour, The Golden Hour is the official cocktail of the 68th Grammy Awards, crafted from a mix of tequila, sherry, pear cordial and prosecco.

Ingredients

1½ oz Patrón El Alto Tequila
1 oz Prosecco
½ oz Fino Sherry Tio Pepe
2 oz Pear Cordial
1 dash Bergamot Bitters

Instructions

Add tequila, sherry, pear cordial and bitters to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake well until chilled, 10 to 15 seconds.
Pour into a champagne glass over ice, then gently top with Prosecco.
Slice a red grape into three slices (it helps to use an extra sharp knife), skewer and garnish on top.
