About This Cocktail

This "Wicked"-themed cocktail is a pink twist on the classic French 75: light, bubbly and as playful as Glinda the Good Witch herself. You're gonna be popular when you serve this.

Ingredients

1½ oz Pink gin
¾ oz Lemon juice
¾ oz Simple syrup
2 oz Sparkling rosé

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, combine pink gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Then, fill the shaker about three-quarters full with ice.
Shake briskly for about about 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
Fine-strain into a chilled flute or coupe glass.
Gently top with sparkling rosé.
Express a lemon twist over the glass and use as a garnish.
