About This Cocktail

The Hollow Orchard cocktail captures the feeling of twilight in an apple grove, where rosemary, apple and barrel-aged gin mingle into a quietly haunting autumn sip.

Ingredients

1½ oz barrel-aged gin
½ oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz rosemary honey syrup
1½ oz apple cider
2 oz dry sparkling wine ((or club soda for a lighter option))

Instructions

In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, and apple cider with ice.
Shake lightly and strain into a chilled flute or coupe.
Top with sparkling wine (or soda).
Garnish with an apple slices and/or a sprig of rosemary.
