Ingredients

  • 2½ oz Gin (or Vodka)
  • ½ oz Dry Vermouth
  • ½ oz Olive Brine

Instructions

  1. Chill your glass by placing a martini or coupe glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water.
  2. In a shaker, combine gin or vodka, dry vermouth and olive brine. Then, fill the shaker about three-quarters full with ice.
  3. Shake firmly for about 10–15 seconds, until the shaker feels icy cold.
  4. Grab your chilled glass (if using ice water, pour it out first), then strain the mixture into it.
