The Broken Brew is a vodka-based coffee cocktail developed by Broken Shed Vodka as a creamy alternative to the Espresso Martini. Built with nitro cold brew, vanilla liqueur and oat milk, the drink leans into the texture and richness of contemporary café-style beverages while maintaining the structure of a shaken cocktail.

Coffee cocktails have experienced a resurgence in recent years, driven largely by the popularity of the Espresso Martini and the broader overlap between specialty coffee culture and cocktail bars. The Broken Brew follows that trend but shifts the formula slightly by replacing espresso with nitro cold brew. Nitro coffee is infused with nitrogen gas, which produces a naturally creamy mouthfeel and a cascading foam when poured.
