This is a non-alcoholic riff on the classic bar cocktail, the Spaghett, which is traditionally made with a beer (Miller High Life, traditionally), aperol and lemon juice.
For a low-alcohol recipe instead of no-alcohol, substitute Campari for Phony Negroni.
