Bourbon Peach Tea is a Southern summer classic with a frosty upgrade. This slushie has the kind of slow-sipping charm that begs for a rocking chair and a shady porch.
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 6 oz bourbon (Elijah Craig Small Batch recommended)
- 1 ½ cups frozen peach slices
- 4 oz lemon juice
- 10 oz unsweetened iced tea
- 3 oz simple syrup
- 1 ½ cups ice
- Garnish: lemon wheel or peach slice
Directions

- 1 ½ oz triple sec or Cointreau
- 3 ½ cups frozen mango chunks
- 4 oz lime juice
- 2 oz agave syrup
- 1 ½ cups ice

Ingredients (Serves 4):

- 1 ½ cups cucumber slices (peeled)
- 3 oz lemon juice
- 3 oz simple syrup
- 20 mint leaves
- 1 ½ cups ice

Watermelon Frosé

This is the drink you want when it’s too hot to think. Frozen rosé meets juicy watermelon for a light, fruity blend that’s simply refreshing. Real watermelon adds texture to this crisp pink sipper that is summer in a glass.
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 16 oz rosé wine (frozen in cubes)
- 2 cups frozen watermelon chunks
- 2 oz lemon juice
- 1 ½ oz honey or simple syrup
- Garnish: watermelon triangle or mint sprig
Directions
A little forethought is required for this one; you’ll need to freeze your wine before making this wine slushie. First, pour your favorite rosé into ice trays and allow it to freeze – this usually takes a few hours. Please use ice trays. Do not freeze in the bottle, because expansion will cause the bottle to explode.
Then, add all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until it becomes a uniform slush. Serve immediately. Add a triangle of watermelon or a sprig of mint for flair.
